drew some candy cats

We met Mabel at Anime Boston over the weekend and not only did she astound us with her BCB superfandom and cosplay but she’s an excellent artist too! Just look at these!

ctcon:

Veronica Vera and Oliver Bareham (Bittersweet Candy Bowl) are coming to ConnectiCon 2014!
Veronica “Taeshi” Vera has been drawing comics since she was a child. Inspired by cartoons and TV drama, the idea of a comic about angsty cats in love was probably inevitable! Together with her partner Oliver she has published comics online since 2006.
Following a group of cats and dogs through high school, Bittersweet Candy Bowl is filled with a mixture of comedy and romantic drama. Packed with casual flings, happy couples, and the occasional awkward date, it may just be the most comprehensive story about teenage cats and dogs ever told!

Oh boy! You’re all coming, right?

Introducing the BCB Tumblr repost blog

Monday, 29 July 2013

bcbcomic:

We noticed a bunch of people chattering about BCB updates on Tumblr, but often it was with no reference to the page they were discussing and the posts were spread across inconsistent, difficult-to-mange tags.

This new blog is intended to encourage more Tumblr comments and conversations about BCB. It will magically repost pages from the site shortly after they appear. Cool, huh?

Please feel free to reblog and comment on pages as we post them. That’s the whole point, after all!

Worth a follow, we hope! The next page is coming in like, 90 minutes.

notenoughrings:

Only 24 HOURS LEFT for the Not Enough Rings Kickstarter, so if you’re interested in our little book of classic-era Sonic comics you haven’t got long!! And if we can manage to get to our final “bonus” stretchgoal, we’ll make the book even fancier!

SO GET TO IT! or it will be

This will also be your last chance to get access to the early release of “Upstage”, the BCB card game, so take another look if you haven’t backed, BCB fans! We wrote this walkthrough of how Upstage works, please do check it out!

gwilym:

This Peaches update is a guest strip by @Taeshi and @SuitCase874 of Bittersweet Candy Bowl, who are quickly unravelling all the infernal mysteries I’ve worked into Peaches.

More accurately, we made a very silly joke about a fascinating little webcomic that has so much left to explain! Everybody, please give Peaches a read watch read & watch, you won’t regret it!
